Independent educational guidance
AcceptedCA provides independent educational guidance for students and families navigating college applications. AcceptedCA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or an official representative of the University of California, California State University, or any individual college or university.
No admission guarantee
Admissions decisions are made solely by colleges and universities. AcceptedCA does not and cannot guarantee admission, scholarships, financial aid, or any particular admissions outcome.
Student authorship and accuracy
Students remain responsible for the authorship, accuracy, completeness, and submission of their applications. AcceptedCA does not write personal statements, Personal Insight Questions, or other application responses on a student's behalf. Guidance may include brainstorming, feedback, organization, proofreading, and editing suggestions.
AcceptanceMeter
The AcceptedCA AcceptanceMeter is an independent planning tool, not an official admissions model. Results are estimates generated from limited user inputs and general assumptions about campus and major competitiveness. They do not incorporate every factor considered by admissions offices and should not be interpreted as a statistical prediction, guarantee, or statement by UC, CSU, or any campus.
Admissions information changes
Requirements, deadlines, policies, majors, and selection practices can change. AcceptedCA aims to provide useful information, but students should verify requirements and deadlines directly with the official university or campus before acting or submitting an application.
